Manufacturing Production Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Parkersburg, WV. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce window and door units, requiring the use of small hand tools, assembly of parts, and product packaging.

Shift:

• Night 6:00pm to 3:00am

Pay Rates:

• 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day (entire shift).
• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
• Previous experience performing quality control (QC) checks and inspecting products for damages.
• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two (2) or more different positions on an assembly line.

Role for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units.
• Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces for accuracy.
• Inspect products for quality and damages, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Learn and rotate to multiple responsibilities on the assembly line.
