At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with Perth Amboy Talent Pool in Perth Amboy. This role supports daily warehouse operations by loading, unloading, sorting, packing, labeling, and moving products and materials to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift | 8am to 4:30pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General labor

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.

Desirable requirements for General labor

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.

Role for General labor

• Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
• Sort, move, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Inspect products for damage or defects and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Location: Perth Amboy. This position is based in a local warehouse facility.
