Assembler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Wichita. This role is vital to the production process, involving the assembly of components to meet high-quality standards in a fast-paced, active environment.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift Monday to Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Assembler

• Able to lift small loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a production and manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing workspace

Desirable Requirements for Assembler

• Must be flexible and available to work overtime as required by production needs
• Adaptable to working in a variety of departments, open minded and positive attitude

Role for Assembler

• Assemble components precisely and efficiently according to blueprints, schematics, or standard operating procedures.
• Hand-assemble parts using basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas.

Location: Wichita. This position requires standing for the duration of your shift and working in a facility that experiences high temperatures, especially during the summer months.
