Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people in a warehouse within the last 3 years. Please specify when and where you gained this experience.
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Please provide an example of a situation where these skills were necessary.

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Lead

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare and set up the warehouse floor for daily operations.
• Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP to onsite management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while ensuring daily downtime targets are met.
