At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to work with a leading logistics company in Columbus. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts
• Ability to unload and move inbound freight product to storage locations safely and efficiently
• Ability to pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded
• Ability to perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets both customer and company standards

Skills Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Synapse training preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and write simple instructions, reports, and correspondence

Role for Warehouse Lead

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and job responsibilities
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and communicate concerns to management
• Ensure inventory, products, and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently
