At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Resolution associate to work with Radial - Indy in Brownsburg. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in Avon, responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

Monday through Friday, 6AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and weekends.

Pay Rates

17.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Problem Resolution

Do you have experience using WMS, RF scanners, or inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you maintained inventory accuracy, including audits or discrepancy resolution? (Yes/No)
Do you have cycle counting experience in a warehouse setting? (Yes/No)
Are you comfortable with accurate data entry in inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you identified and resolved inventory issues? (Yes/No)

Role for Problem Resolution

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing product.
Work closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
Document issues and resolutions accurately within system tools.
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Research and reconcile count variances and assist with audits.

Location: Brownsburg. This role is based in the Avon area.
