Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with Somerset Talent Pool in Somerset. This role involves accurately picking and packing products for customer delivery, ensuring items are handled with care and packaged correctly.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Pay Rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery.
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers.
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift while remaining on your feet.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality.
