At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with Expeditors in El Paso. This role involves material handling within a fast-paced distribution facility, where you will ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday to Friday, Saturday as needed 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay Rates

  • 14.00 - 16.00 USD hourly

Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience (reach trucks or order pickers).
  • Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.
  • Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
  • Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment.
  • Ability to follow safety rules and operate machinery cautiously.

Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics or supply chain inventory software.
  • Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Safely and proficiently operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
  • Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods against order documentation.
  • Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
