At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics partner in Goodyear, Arizona. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining facility efficiency, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and organizing inventory for industry-leading logistics partners.

Shift Patterns

  • 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Sunday-Wednesday

Pay Rates

  • 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

  • Experience working in a warehouse
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 40–50 lbs consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work in the US and willing to complete background and drug screenings

Role for Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

  • Safely offload incoming containers and inspect goods for damage.
  • Move, stage, and arrange stock throughout the warehouse using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Organize, pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipping according to order specifications.
  • Assist in loading outbound trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
