General Labor/Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with a leading company in the personal care industry in Wharton. This role is responsible for supporting daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and quality standards are met.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Are you able to stand for 8-hour shifts on a production line in a warehouse?

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Verify that the correct products are packaged and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
• Report product defects, safety concerns, or operational issues to management promptly
