At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation Associate to work with ID Logistics in West Jefferson. This role is essential for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe conditions throughout the distribution center, ensuring that all facility standards are met.

Shift Patterns

• Mon-Thurs 6:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Sanitation

• Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks safely.
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions and chemical-handling procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks within the role's requirements.
• Ability to use required PPE and work safely around warehouse operations.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

Desirable Requirements for Sanitation

• Experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or janitorial work.
• Experience operating floor scrubbers or industrial sweepers.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitation schedules.
• Experience with GMP, food safety, or manufacturing hygiene standards.
• Experience handling waste or operating warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and consistency.
• Safety awareness, organization, and time management.
• Teamwork and adaptability.

Role for Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize floors, workstations, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove dirt, spills, and debris.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and report hazards or equipment issues.
