At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Formation Associate to work with Clarios, LLC in Fort Wayne. This role is essential for our battery manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

  • Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, including every other weekend.
  • 12-hour shifts; overtime as needed.

Pay Rates:

  • 22.27 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Formation Associate:

  • Are you able to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and overtime as needed?
  • Are you able to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift?
  • Do you have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial environment?
  • Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment?
  • Do you have basic computer skills and feel comfortable entering production information into a computer system?

Role for Formation Associate:

  • Move batteries from pallets onto conveyor systems and maintain production flow.
  • Operate battery acid-filling equipment and install in-process and final caps.
  • Inspect batteries for physical defects and verify quality using manual OCV meters.
  • Enter production data into computer systems and maintain clean, organized workstations using 5S standards.
