At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate and produce custom window and door units.

Shift Patterns

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Mandatory weekend work and overtime are required when needed

Pay Rates

16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Associate

Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
Commitment to a strict attendance policy with no issues regarding punctuality
Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate workmanship
Flexibility to rotate between assembly stations with little notice

Skills Requirements for Production Associate

Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
Capacity to safely work with and around moving equipment
Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment

Role for Production Associate

Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly
Read schematics to understand the production process
Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble units
Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces
Inspect products for quality and report any damages or safety hazards
