• Experience working in sanitation

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing machinery and packaging lines.
• Safely mix and apply specialized cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain an allergen-free environment by washing walls, floors, and storage areas.
• Perform pre-operational checks and complete sanitation logs.
• Adhere to food safety standards including cGMP and HACCP protocols.
