Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with ACCEL in New Albany. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products within a dynamic factory and warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:45 pm

Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

Role Responsibilities

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products.
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards.
• Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting.
