At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. This role is essential for keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring that products are picked, received, shipped, and stowed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Sunday to Wednesday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime of an extra day or extended hours till 7:30 PM as needed.

Pay Rates

  • 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

  • 1 year of experience operating an Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Truck.
  • Proficiency in using RF Scanners for inventory tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and walk up to 3 miles per day.
  • Ability to stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
  • Must speak, read, and write in English to qualify.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance record.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

  • 3 years of driving Stand up forklift or Reach Truck.

Role for Forklift Operator

  • Operate equipment such as Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and RF Scanners to streamline the flow of goods.
  • Perform picking, receiving, shipping, and stowing of products.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Meet picking and safety metrics quickly and efficiently.

Location: Worth Township. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
