Pick/Pack

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Key Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Support operations in the returns department by using RF scanners to process returned items.
• Assess the condition of returned products, identifying defects or damages with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the facility to support the 5S initiative.
• Physically unload and load goods from trailers, ensuring all materials are safely handled.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while maintaining accurate inventory tracking and documentation.

Location: Worth Township. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
