At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to work with Iroquois Industries in Auburn Hills. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Shift Patterns

2nd shift: 4:30 pm to 2:30 am

Pay Rates

17.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Shipping & Receiving

Proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks is preferred.
Experience with order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and distribution center operations.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Skills requirements for Shipping & Receiving

Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting is advantageous.

Role responsibilities for Shipping & Receiving

Manage the receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments.
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks for material handling.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and updates in the system.
Collaborate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders efficiently.

Location: Auburn Hills. This role is based in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
