• Fri - Sun 6 am - 6:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Customer Service Representative

• More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform data entry and process billing or shipping documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment while communicating with customers and internal teams
• High School Diploma or GED

Role for Customer Service Representative

• Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping, receiving, billing, and orders
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers
