Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Somers. You will play a critical part in order fulfillment, ensuring items are accurately picked, securely packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 - 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility

Role for Packer

• Select items using RF handheld scanners or digital pick lists
• Inspect products for damages, defects, or incorrect items prior to packing
• Print, verify, and apply accurate shipping labels and packing slips
• Safely load, unload, sort, and stack boxes, pallets, or totes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation
