Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with Bentley Labs - THG LLC (NJ) in Edison. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, requiring a dedicated individual who can maintain consistency and safety throughout their shift.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift | 4pm to 12:30am
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.13 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work goals
• Maintain safety, punctuality, and deadline standards throughout the shift

Location: Edison. The position is based in Edison, New Jersey.
