At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Deburr Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role is essential for finishing and preparing manufactured parts by removing excess material and imperfections.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 5:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Deburr

• Previous experience in deburring, grinding, manufacturing, or using hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Strong focus on maintaining quality standards and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.

Desirable Requirements for Deburr

• Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking environment.
• Familiarity with grinding equipment and quality inspection practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
