Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Plainfield. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, focusing on picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Friday through Sunday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Role Responsibilities for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
• Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for accuracy
• Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Location: Plainfield. This position is based in a key logistics hub.
