Maintenance Tech II
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Tech II to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Mooresville. This role is ideal for a self-motivated maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday 2pm to 10:30pm
Pay Rates
- 29.62 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for Maintenance Tech II
- 1–3 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience working with high and low voltage systems, AC/DC controls, and industrial equipment
Desirable Requirements for Maintenance Tech II
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- HVAC certification or other skilled trade certifications
- Experience with conveyors, sorters, or forklift maintenance
- CMMS experience
- Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others
Role for Maintenance Tech II
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, sorters, and forklifts
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
- Utilize CMMS systems to complete work orders and track maintenance activity
- Assist with training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I employees
