Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role focuses on ensuring customer orders are accurately packed and prepared for delivery.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customer
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers
• Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product
• Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
• Consistently perform job functions taking into consideration safety, punctuality and deadlines
