Forklift Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Columbus. You will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Shift patterns:

• Sunday - Thursday
• 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay rates:

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Must be certified on reach trucks and cherry/order pickers.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy.

Role for Forklift Operator:

• Operate reach forklifts and cherry pickers to move materials efficiently.
• Stack and retrieve inventory from high-rack storage areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate safety logs and documentation.
• Stage inventory for shipment or storage.
