At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator & Setup Person to work with Rassey Skilled in Shelby Twp. This role is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications and performing full machine setups for production runs. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Based on performance, this individual may advance into a leadership role within the CNC department.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 23.00 - 28.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for CNC Machine Operator & Setup Person

• Must have CNC setup and operation experience - lathes, mills, saws
• Must have blueprint reading ability for accurate part production
• Must have strong machining knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Must have quality inspection skills to verify tolerances
• Must have troubleshooting ability to resolve production issues
• Must have adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
