At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must have a full-time flexible schedule and dependable transportation
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies effectively
• Use manual pallet jacks to organize stock
