Sanitation Facility Techinican

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation Facility Technician to work with ES Foundry in Greenwood. We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join the manufacturing team, performing deep-cleaning and routine maintenance to keep the plant safe and efficient.

Shift Pattern

• Days 6:45am - 7:00pm
• 2 on; 2 off; 3 on

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable working around large machinery and hazardous materials
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning chemicals and Safety Data Sheets

Desirable Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning role
• Knowledge of OSHA health and safety standards
• Willingness to be trained on industrial equipment like floor buffers and pressure washers

Role

• Clean and disinfect work spaces in the facility
• Operate industrial equipment such as power scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers
• Manage waste disposal including trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials
• Maintain and restock clean room gear and PPE
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Adhere to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures
