At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that keep the warehouse running smoothly, including picking, receiving, shipping, and stowing products in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

  • MONDAY TO FRIDAY 4:00 PM TO 12:30 AM WITH OVERTIME EXPECTATIONS

Pay Rates

  • 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

  • Please describe your experience operating an Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Truck including the types of products and warehouse environments you have worked in.
  • Describe your experience using RF Scanners, including how you utilized them for picking, receiving, shipping, inventory management, or cycle counting.
  • Can you speak, read, and write in English?
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attendance record

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

  • 3 years of driving Stand up forklift or Reach Truck
  • Must speak English to qualify

Role for Forklift Operator

  • Operate equipment such as Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and RF Scanners to streamline the flow of goods.
  • Ensure efficient operations by picking, receiving, shipping, and stowing products.
  • Maintain safety guidelines and procedures while working in the warehouse.
  • Hit picking and safety metrics quickly and efficiently.
