At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth to work with ID Logistics in Fort Worth. This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments and take pride in handling premium consumer goods. You will specifically handle Nespresso coffee products, including coffee capsule sleeves, accessory kits, single-serve coffee machines, and promotional coffee bundles.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon 4:00pm-2:30am; Tue-Thu 4:00pm-2:30am; Fri 4:00pm-2:30am (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to stand on your feet throughout the entire shift
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and performing repetitive hand motions for 10-hour shifts
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening

Desirable requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
  • Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners

Role for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth

  • Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize Nespresso coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU, order batch, or shipping destination
  • Use RF handheld scanners to record serial numbers and verify capsule sleeve quantities against outgoing shipping orders
  • Assemble coffee bundles, pack items into shipping boxes, and apply appropriate shipping and handling labels
  • Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks for trailer loading
  • Check packages for product seal integrity, damaged packaging, or mislabeled items prior to final shipment

Location: Fort Worth. The position is based on-site at the ID Logistics facility in South Fort Worth.
