Merchandise Processors

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Merchandise Processors to work with a leading retail company in Nichols. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring products are ready for shipment and handled with care.

Shift Patterns

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Hours may vary by department, with possible overtime on some weekends.

Pay Rates

• 19.15 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to follow safety and work instructions
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required

Role

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Support loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise
• Check items for accuracy and condition
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
