Machine operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Auburn Hills. Shift patterns

• 2nd shift: 4:30 pm to 2:30 am

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Machine operator

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule

Role for Machine operator

• Set up, calibrate, and operate core manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently.
• Perform hands-on checks and inspect output to ensure every piece meets top-tier quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues using basic technical skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while following daily operational standards.

Location: Auburn Hills. This position is based in a dynamic manufacturing facility.
