At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. You will be responsible for the day-to-day material handling inside a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring efficiency and safety in all operations.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday to Saturday 12 PM to 9:00 PM

Pay Rates

  • 14.00 USD hourly

Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).
  • Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50–75 lbs throughout the shift when necessary.
  • Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
  • Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment.

Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics/supply chain inventory software.
  • Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Safely and proficiently operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
  • Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods against order documentation utilizing RF scanners.
  • Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report any defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
