At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center, where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Friday to Monday 6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
