Production Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Associate to work with a leading company in the poultry processing sector in Fredericksburg. This role supports essential processing operations, ensuring that all safety, quality, and production standards are met throughout the facility.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday 8:40 pm to 6:30 am

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Associate

• Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and noisy environments.

Desirable Requirements for Production Associate

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or poultry experience preferred but not required.

Role for Production Associate

• Inspect, cut, pack, weigh, and move poultry products.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Work safely around production equipment.
• Adapt to different production areas based on business needs.

Location: Fredericksburg. The position is based in a facility that requires comfort working in varied environmental conditions.
