Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading distribution center in Bethlehem. You will be the backbone of the operational supply chain, handling a broad range of general warehouse duties including inventory handling, receiving, sorting, and staging goods.

Shift Schedule:

• 1DT-HUB | 06:00 - 16:30 (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates:

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Reliable transportation to and from the site

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate:

• Unload inbound freight and load outbound trailers safely
• Inspect incoming shipments and process intake using RF equipment
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging goods
• Conduct inventory audits and report damaged items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workstation
