Order Picker / Forklift Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Order Picker / Forklift Operator to work with Deckers Brands in Moreno Valley. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of a fast-paced distribution environment, where you will be responsible for safely operating reach forklift equipment to move, pick, stage, and store inventory.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Cherry Picker Forklift

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Order Picker / Forklift Operator

• Experience operating a forklift and possess valid certification.
• Previous reach forklift experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Role Responsibilities for Order Picker / Forklift Operator

• Operate reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage inventory.
• Safely operate equipment at elevated heights.
• Inspect products and loads for accuracy and damage.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
