Forklift operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics company in Justin. This role involves safely operating industrial machinery to ensure the accurate and timely movement of products throughout the facility.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift operator

• Be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Skills Requirements for Forklift operator

• Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience
• Proficiency with stand-up forklift, reach truck, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Friendly, customer-service-oriented approach to supervisors and co-workers

Role Responsibilities for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery to transport and stack materials
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery
• Perform pick and pack duties as required
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Account for and secure materials for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and operating devices like forks and hoists to manage inventory

Location: Justin. This position is based in a dynamic industrial facility.
