At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Plainfield. This Warehouse Associate role is responsible for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. You will use warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and safety are top priorities.

Shift Patterns

Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pay Rates

23.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Ability to read and follow simple instructions
High school diploma or GED preferred

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures
