Merchandise Processors

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Merchandise Processors to work with a leading retail company in Nichols. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, where you will assist with picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment. You will also play a key role in loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise to ensure everything is ready for distribution.

Shift Patterns

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Hours may vary by department, with possible overtime on some weekends.

Pay Rates

• 19.15 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Merchandise Processors

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to follow safety and work instructions

Responsibilities for Merchandise Processors

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Load, unload, and organize merchandise in designated areas
• Check items for accuracy and condition
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support daily warehouse activities as needed

Location: Nichols. This position is based in a busy warehouse environment.
