Forklift Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with Geodis Logistics LLC in Northampton. This role involves operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 5pm to 1:30 am
• Willing to do overtime when needed

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Must be certified on reach trucks and cherry/order pickers
• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting

Skills and Qualifications for Forklift Operator

• Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures
• Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy
