At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Order Picker / Forklift Operator to work with Deckers Brands in Moreno Valley. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of a fast-paced distribution environment, focusing on the safe operation of reach forklift equipment to manage inventory.

Shift Patterns

  • 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

  • 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Order Picker / Forklift Operator

  • Experience operating a forklift and possess valid certification.
  • Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Role for Order Picker / Forklift Operator

  • Operate reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Pick and move products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
  • Load, unload, stack, and stage inventory.
  • Inspect products and loads for accuracy and damage.
  • Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory.

Location: Moreno Valley. The position is based in a dynamic distribution center.
