Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Die Cast Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. We are looking for individuals to help produce high-quality aluminum parts in a hands-on environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:00 pm

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Die Cast Operator

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating production machinery in an automotive, die casting, metal manufacturing, or similar industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating, monitoring, or troubleshooting die cast, CNC, press, or other industrial production equipment.
• Ability to safely perform physical production work in a hot manufacturing environment, including standing for the full shift, lifting up to 55 lbs, wearing required PPE, and working overtime as needed.

Role Responsibilities for Die Cast Operator

• Operate die cast machines, trim presses, automatic sprayers, and robots.
• Apply lubricants and manage casting removal.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality.
