At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems with high accuracy.
• Inspect items for damage and pack them securely for shipment.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages for delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build and stage pallets according to carrier and customer specifications.
