Picker/ Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/ Packer to work with ShipBob in Bethlehem, PA. This role is part of a fast-growing, dynamic logistics and fulfillment team, offering a clear path for professional development and hands-on experience in modern warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday - Saturday 5:30 Pm - 4:00 Am
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational demand

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker/ Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA
• Willingness to learn and operate handheld warehouse scanners and inventory devices

Role for Picker/ Packer

• Locate and retrieve customer orders using handheld warehouse technology accurately and efficiently
• Verify, inspect, package, and label products according to customer and shipping specifications
• Inspect items for defects or damage prior to packaging
• Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse departments to build a versatile skill set
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
