Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with Helen Of Troy in Arlington. This role in the Case Pick Department is responsible for safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment to support order fulfillment, inventory movement, and overall warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm (Mandatory OT and weekends when needed)

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proven experience operating a dock stocker and reach truck (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to understand technical machine operations and follow safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to speak Spanish.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

• Prior case pick or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret pick sheets, labels, and inventory documentation.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Role for Forklift Operator

• Operate a dock stocker and reach truck to move, stage, and store product within designated areas.
• Pull cases and palletized product according to pick sheets and customer orders.
• Ensure accurate placement and retrieval of inventory from high racking and reserve locations.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and immediately report any safety or mechanical concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
