At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Olive Branch. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse to support timely and accurate delivery.

Shift patterns

• Weekend Shift: Saturday- Monday 6:00am - 6:30pm

Pay rates

• 18.25 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Forklift operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
• Previous forklift experience including reach trucks and cherry pickers
• Experience with pallet wrap machines and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• Ability to operate other types of warehouse equipment

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient and safe outcomes
