At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator to work with a leading automotive systems manufacturer in Marysville. This role involves the high-quality manufacture and assembly of parts at a consistent production rate in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• Sunday through Thursday night 9:30pm-6am or 10pm-6am

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Operator

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to interpret and follow verbal, written, and visual instructions
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required

Role for Operator

• Manufacture and assemble parts at a pre-determined rate
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow 5-S principles
• Identify quality parts versus defective parts and follow reporting procedures
• Adhere to one-piece flow processes and company quality policies
