Essential Requirements for PM Area Manager

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM–12:30 AM on a consistent basis.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while managing productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Comfortable coaching employees, resolving workplace issues, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
• Specifically seeking a long-term PM/evening shift opportunity.

• Oversee daily warehouse or operational activities during the PM shift.
